The Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School at AABJ&D, provides a warm and nurturing environment where children play, socialize, explore, create and develop a love of learning and their Jewish identity.
For the 2022-23 school year we seek experienced and caring Early Childhood Educators to augment our nurturing, energetic, and credentialed faculty.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in an education-related field; Certification a plus.
• Experience planning, organizing, and delivering creative lessons in an Early Childhood setting.
• Warm, nurturing personality and ability to embrace each child as an individual ensuring they reach their potential.
• Comfort working as part of a teaching classroom team; Collaborative approach and ability to work well with administration and faculty throughout the school.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Strong communication skills; Ability to cultivate strong relationships with parents on the foundation of ongoing two-way dialogue.
